I know how many F 104 wooden kits was sold around the world, some modelers post building photos here, some on Facebook.

Barry prepare his Starfighter for Top Gun, other photo is from Germany, last from Australia...

A couple of days lasts a 20% discount on a wooden kit, so if you hurry, you can buy it.

Team "Firce Mirce F104" participated in the "Top Gun" competition in Lakeland, Florida, with the model F 104 Starfighter.
The model was made in the "Mirce models" workshop and Barry Raborn finished it phenomenally with Flite metal foil.

For F 104 you can choose from two landing gears system. One is scale from Airworld and another is from Behotec.
In basic model everything is prepare for Behotec. All dimensions you can see on website F 104 page:

Default Flight control travels

Hey guys, can you advise what travels you used on the flight controls, particularly the elevator. I’m working on an internal drive for elevator, will post pics once I’ve worked it out, thanks.

Default Internal elevator drive

Internal drive for elevator.

Aircraft aluminium used for drive plate on internal elevator drive. Used supplied g10 horns, bonded 2 together with ball link.

Laminated rear frame and fin spar With carbon.

This is how they do it on the SKYMASTER F104

Ful size jet has drive from a long arm over top of pivot. Hard to duplicate with the large ally bearing block we have.
