From December 1. until Christmas day we will offer you a 10% discount on all our wooden kits and scale & details sets!!!
This is a double discount since we will be raising our wooden kits prices from January 2022, because plywood price has risen significantly.

Hi,
just as a reminde: I once made a plug for the canopy glass. This plug is located at Ulmer Kunstofftechnik in Germany and free for everybody to order Canopy glass there.

Hi Mirce,
Post #176 shows the F-104 covered in Monokote. Do you think I could just cover one in Ultracote covering material in an attempt to keep it as light as possible????

Thanks,
Alex

That is the nicest F-104 flight I have seen and you must be one great pilot..........really impressive. Just can't believe how slow it lands also. Do you still have a 160 size Newton turbine in your F-104?? Thanks for the great video.

Just started building away on my kit and I am having a blast. Very nice kit and the parts fit together perfectly. Just after working on it for a week I would highly recommend this kit to anyone with some building experience on up. Very nice.

Any special reinforcement you did on the kit after changing turbine from 160 to 220N? any initial reinforcements you did knowing that you were not going to cover the model with resin and fiberglass?

Thanks in advance

Some used 250 or even 300 turbines without any special reinforcements.
I reinforced the vertical stabilizer with carbon weave when building the model for Barry.
