Anyone have much experience with the transmitter emulator in the Jeti Studio? I've been able to load LUA code into it but if you want to debug (or just play with) a LUA app that talks to telemetry devices, you'd need a telemetry device emulator. I can't find any way to do that .. am I missing something?
thanks

A quick (silly) question that maybe some of you have experienced. When you want to set an alarm for a sensor, say turbine RPM threshold @ 25,000RPM, if you use the 3D button to set this value from 0 to 25,000, it takes 20 mins of spinning the 3D button for the counter to reach to 25,000.
Is there any faster way to program this so that the numbers jump up by hundreds or thousands?
Thanks, Tassos

yes unfortunally you have to keep spinning until the button falls off.....
kidding aside ;-)
while you are setting pres the menu button for 10xagain for 100x again for 1000x ;-)
hope that helps ...

this will be a nice helpfull tool for frequent turbine users
1 . You have a small or Large dashboard.
2 . you can decide wich messages to hear that are important to you
3. you can now set low fuel followed by a vibra warning selectable on left or right stick or both , incl a audible low fuel warning , at the same time the Fuel gauge will blink in the display
see pictures...

we do have a way to measure, unfortunately Kingtech has no Hall sensor mounted on the Propshaft..
we did ask Kingtech to look at a mount for a Hall sensor , or at least have a way to mount a magnet in the Prop standoff.
but we never got a answer back.
but then! Jeti makes a nice Hall sensor called Mrpm Hall : https://www.espritmodel.com/jeti-tel...t-mrpm-ex.aspx
this one works also if you are creative , and you can set a alarm or even have a throttle back function or cruise control if you know your way around a DS or DC series.

so you cant read RPM for that matter , also no Fuel reset.
or Good calculation factors as far we tested..
we do have Port inputs , i am thinking doing a hall sensor for kingtech and implement it into the CTU.
anyway we can always upgrade the firmware later , its a open system.

i fly the 45TP believe me there is no sensor , if you mount a 20x8 on that it will rev forever ;-).
maybe there is a entry in the menu.
but surely there is no cable going to any sensor near or inside the gearbox....
but if i where them i would mount a Hall sensor just for overspeeding.
