CARF at it too, perfect for K70 or even K85. A light setup with K70 would be cool!

Nice

Priced right and it looks like they thought about making sure it can ship easy, also looks like a 100 mm EDF will drop right in seeing 17 lbs can be gotten from a JF-100

Maybe the CARF but not the BVM

That Carf would be an alright alternative if you want that style instead of the Hawk style.

To equal a 70N/15lb turbine you need the double in the EDF, 140N/30lb. No problem at 14S, but probably cheaper with turbine power!!

Default Carf Joker

Cool,

Finally someone woke up at Carf

But this is nothing new they just took the old mold's of the (Graupner Inspiration) off the shelf , come on Carf you guy's can do way better than that ......

But,smart thinking off them, and to me this looks like a good deal as well, gears and every thing complete, nice job!!

Few more day's to Jet Power in Germany

Except there are those of us that like the quality BVM puts in their airplanes, and I also like and respect Bob for what he's done for this segment of our hobby.

At jetpower there were a pricetag for preorders but no engines. Only one for demo and it had not been run. Also Jetsmunt 70N engine was only for display and needed a bit more work to be ready. We will see who gets it going first. I really like these engines, starting to make good power per weight for the larger jets (yes remember a 70N engine is HUGE in my world haha).

lol I have mine in hand and have ran it, not much to say it gets hot and noisy, very little throttle lag, ran on diesel fine and autostart worked.

The turbine minus any auxiliaries is 760 grams with some diesel in her after run. I had the k45 in one hand and the k70 in the other, if it was not written on them I would not know which was which.

A friend of mine received his last week but had to leave town before running it. They have a nice test stand set up. They will test thrust, fuel burn, and fuel burn at K45 thrust level to compare efficiency of the two.

Henke

Full test report in the new RCJI Thrust on the test sample was 6.9 Kg at 182,000 and fuel consumption was good.

Picked up #5 and #6 at the Jetpower fair.
Pre ordered them from Final Modellbau in Germany.
My friend is already running his, he loves it, he said he gets about 8min flight time, compare to the 4min with the ACE60 he used before.
