Default Is BVM Thin Lube compatible with UP valves?

Does anyone have experience with this combo? My experience with UP valves is they don't like anything but that Dow grease on them or the shuttle valve stops working.

It is not compatible. Dow 55 paste lube is the recommended product for the UP orings.

Sorry my question was vague. Yes, I know about Dow 55, that is what I use on the UP valves, I guess what you guys are saying is you can't use thin lube ANYWHERE (like on the retract cylinders) in a system that has a UP valves?

Like everything it depends how you are using it. People ‘fill’ their cylinders with lube expecting it to solve impossible leaks. I’d say if the cylinder is close to the valve no, but through from a wing I know I managed it with my Bandit which had a UP valve and needed small lube applications to keep the system from “ breathing”
