The S spec. Includes a frequency50 to 330 Hz but tbe P does not. Other than that they appear identical.

Except that there is a note on the first line of the Hacker spec. to say that the transmission platform and housing of the S is milled from solid in one piece improving holding force. There is nothing about that on the P spec.

Initial assesment is is that the gears and neutrals are the best I have encountered including the JRnx 8931 which are also superb servos.
P- Plastic Case, S- Aluminum, there is no other difference.

there is a difference according to Hacker.
it seems the P version is for their paramotor range.

the P and S do not stand for Plastic or aluminium , they are identical in build.
since they have long arms the P versions have a Stall security build in and its not recomended to use hem for Planes or heli.s
since they can Power of in case of a stall...

Nope, only reason for P was that Hacker wanted cheaper servos for they Paragliders. But it does not matter the P is discontinued, that was the reason we do not carry any. All Ditex servos have security built in.

Thanks for posting, Will the CB400 firmware be upgraded to allow telemetry? Like Oli we were going to use these for validation purposes.

Many thanks, Alex

So I guess the P is suitable for our Jet application.

David can use these expert tips for the magazine..
How come they don't work with assist? They stop working if you switch on assist? or they don't work at all on an assist Rx?

I thought of using them in my Fusion going probably over 600kph. Then limiting the roll rate with assist would be convenient........

you will really like them, specially the programming.

Using them in a 70 kg RPA plane. plastic arm are not the best, but the servos have futaba spline. Works fine. The programming features are the best I have ever seen.

Anyone had a problem with these servos so far? Using the 2612P. Removed my UltraBandit off the shelf today, powered up the system, initially the Rudder servo worked fine and suddenly stopped, the CB200 cut off power to the servo. It’s a simple linkage so no binding anywhere.
Poly fuse worked well and cut off the power and read 52 degrees, so something has surely short internally. 15 years and not a single JR servo 8XXX series ever failed on me.
Hope it’s a one-off as I have these servos all around the UB.

Thanks Chatty

Is the CB210 not going to be released until late summer also? If so I’m going to need to go another route....
