Default Propane cylinder adaptor

Currently I am using a propane pressure regulator that fits the Coleman or Bernzomatic disposable propane cylinders. What kind of adaptors do I need to use this regulator with refillable propane cylinders? Tks

Here's the setup I use. Very simple.

You can buy these adapters at the camping stores, that allow the camp stoves that also use the disposable cylinders to use the larger (like the 20lb BBQ size) refilable ones.

How big a cylinder do you want to use?

I am thinking of using approx 4 lb cylinder. So I need an adaptor that fits the larger cylinder and with threads at other end to fit my pressure regulator . BTW are the pressures of the refillable cylinders same as the BBQ cylinders? Tks

Why so large? The cylinder in the photo is only 0.34kg more than enough for a days flying. I just refill at home from a 25 Lb bottle.

Looks like I need to buy a home refiller valve to reuse my disposable cylinders . There is remaining propane in each disposable cylinder when the pressure is too low and cannot be used for start up. I hate to end up collecting lots of partially used cylinders

On the subject of propane cylinders, does anyone know of a smaller propane cylinder than the typical Coleman or Bernzomatic? I want to put it onboard. I'd be happy with something that would only give me a couple of starts between refills.
