Quick update.

Not alot more done, still have some fuse shaping and more foam to add.

I went ahead and glassed the nose, it was dinging it quite abit.

Quick update

finished shaping one side.
Have alot of bondo and primer work to do.
Started on the wing filets and added a layer of glass to the rear.
The filets are going to be very time consuming.

A french mag has just published a construction article and a plan for a 2.26m long super etendard.

Hi Reuben,

It's this month's issue of RCM, and there's also a park flyer super etendard plan included with this issue, so plenty of usefull info!
I have ordered the plan to see how it looks.

The fuse shaping is about 95% done, there is a ton of sanding left to be done before it can be prepped for making a mold yet.

In the meantime I have talked to a fellow modeler on here with a cnc machine.
We are discussing making a new plug completely machined so we can make it much more accurate.

Plus this way I can add things I wanted in the first place, like having the outwrd panels of the wings unplug and molding in the inward panels.
