I've been dealing with Cindy at Aeroloft for several years. NEVER an issue or a problem. She's always been very accommodating. Can't imagine why all of this uncalled for bashing needs to be going on.

Simple - it AINT uncalled for when she treats her customers so badly, and it aint bashing when you're simply reporting the truth.
Search for Aeroloft throughout RCU and you will come across numerous other threads with people reporting the same kind of issue.

I have used the Aeroloft transfers at least a dozen times. You need to use a heat gun to warm the surface just a bit ( maybe 5-7 seconds) and then use a beveled popsicle stick to transfer the decal. Use a piece of masking tape at the top of the transfer to make sure it does't move. I'm sure if you call Cindi she will take care of you 480-380-4779. Good luck Mike

there are quite a few more threads by the way. I for one used to praise them and suggest everyone to use them until she pulled this stunt on me...

I must say I usually dont post on these forums but I'm very upset with this company(aeroloft). I keep getting promised delivery dates but no decals. she was real quick to charge my credit card though . I ordered from promark a set of airworld cougar decals the same day i ordered from aeroloft and I received them a week ago. I know she cant be busier than PROMARK. well even if she was there's no need to lie on the delivery date of the decals. Like johnny h. says heads up with this company. shame on me for going the cheap route and giving this company a shot. PROMARK is simply the best all around. "you get what you pay for"!

Sorry to hear that Cindy hooked another victim, and that she's still up to the same old tricks.
I suggest that you give her one more deadline (short, since she's already overdue) by which time the goods must be in your hands ;then if she fails to meet that, simply call up your credit card company and dispute the charges.
