Default Servo Exerciser??

I have a new set of servos that I want to bench test or burn in. Who makes the best servo Exerciser or tester that will run a servo from stop to stop over and over to test for premature failure?

Thanks, Neal

I've used a JR Matchmaker for that purpose. Great for servo installation and setup as well.

Check this one out.
It does about everything, with lots of bells and whistles.
I have the early model they made before this, and have had nothing but good luck with it. Once you get a servo exerciser you will wonder why you didn't buy one earlier.

I bought this one 3 or 4 years ago and I always "run" in any new servos before they go in a model

It's great!!!

The vexa is a good one. Also, the Hitec programmer can be used for your needs too on all servos. You also may want to consider adding some load on the servo in test!!!

My Futaba FF9 TX has a built in one. Just turn it on & it sends all the servo's full throw in each direction, till you turn it off. Ray

I burn mine in on the benchtop free from linkages with a Hitec programmer plus an ammeter in line. This way I can chart the voltage and amps when new, at the end of burn in and then again once it goes into the model to indicate quality of linkages.

I also follow up with the same measurements once in a while before flying to keep a check on the health of things.

You do wonder how you ever got along witout it.

I use the ElectroDynamics one. It is the cat's meow!!!! I would not build without it. Best $40 bucks I ever spent.

This is a unit we sell. It does both do servo centering, and in "Auto" mode, it will cycle the servo back and forth. You can even adjust the rate at which the servo moves faster and slower.
