FWIW, I have dealt on several occasions with Digitech, and not one single time have I been let down !
Sandor even threw some extra stuff in the last order for me, I forgot something on my order (air quickconnects), asked him to add them, he just stuffed them in the package, without even charging me for them.
He is great, and will for sure get some business from me!

the issue has been resolved
and with a bit of luck , all will work out as planned :-)

Have had repeated excellent experience with Digitech / Mr. Sandor Kruise as well.
He is very fast in processing orders at any time and offers sometimes bargains even without you asking for it.
His explanation is fully acceptable, but I would feel frustrated too if an opportunity slips through my hands.
This is common with second hand stuff. Got it a few times too on eBay lately, and then you regret your own slow reaction speed or your too low initial bid. [:@] I did.
Would not be fair to push him by means of this forum to sell a new or other product at a discount.
It's up to him and the client to work something out, not up to anyone else...

I agree 100% with your statment. And the botton line is that this is a hobby for me and I need to remeber that. I was upset that I missed out on the engine due to the time differance in time zones. I think Sander made his post late in the day and by the time I saw it after after I got home form work and it was to late on Friday. Then he didnt get my mails till Monday.
I fully accept the reason that he gave for the mix up. He has also offered to give me a shot at the next trade in he gets.
At this point the drama is over. I am ok with him if we do some thing in the furture or not.
I hope this does not effest his repuation in any adverse ways as he is doing what he can to help me out.
