Default Data Flight logger

HI all, how many times have you turned off the receiver, and remembered you wanted to check the flight logger.
So here are some improvements, I"d like to see in the flight logger.
1- records last flight, even when turned off, or crashed
2-a crash resistant case.

that would be RX dependent, the flight log is just a display/interface, the data is held in the RX.

HI, that"s
good info, I guess they should have been called Data Interface.

PS, off the Topic a bit, I see a problem with the 1/2 sec. lock out on the RX and the 2 sec. fail safe on the ECU.
Take this scenario as in Dom's crashs, first flight on a new plane and you need a lot of up trim to fly. The RX locks out for 1/2sec reboots with down elevator( needs to be rebinded for neutral) and crashes. Turbine Ecu. did not shut down on the 2 sec. failsafe.

if the RX goes into hold the ECU will log the failsafe the same as if it were a PCM receiver. if the ECU or the RX loose power in a crash all data is lost from the ECU (at least on a JetCat) and it records last off as 'Power Fail', all data in the ECU will then be that of the previous flight.

HI all, I just realized that you should rebind your jet after your maiden flight to lock the new trim changes on RX boot up.

Hi Pete:

Switch to Eagle Tree Data Logger.

It keep the data even after a power failure
