White Bondo????

Billy,
I think most of the Bondo is white or whitish, it's the hardner (usually blue or red?) that tints it. There is a "white" hardener (BONDO# 20058) that should do the trick for you. I have never used the white hardener, so I can't comment on its use.
Hope this helps.

YOU CAN USE MEK HARDENER. THE STUFF THATS USED WHEN YOU FIBERGLASS,, POLYESTER HARDENER..MIX IT IN GOOD.. HARD TO SEE IF ITS MIXIED.. LESS GIVES YOU MORE TIME .A BOUT 3 DROPS TO A GOLF BALL SIZE GLOB OF BONDO.. DO A FEW TEST GLOBS FIRST.. 1 DROP WILL STILL GET HARD.. OLD FIBERGLASS TRICK..FOR FILLETS.. LETS THE FILLET AND GLASS SET UP AT THE SAME RATE.. NO SHRINKAGE..

I picked up some Evercoat today which was darn near white ( a little more towards egg shell) and the hardener is pure white. I think this will work for what I'm doing.
Ian, white gel coated plane with seam lines. Finish color will still be white but I don't want to fill all the rivets and details in the skin. With this white filler, I should be able to go over it with a little coat of paint only, no primer to hide the filler.
It's all about preserving the sharp detail that came out of the mold.

Joint down by my work called Ray's auto body, but there is a place closer to you over here on Sherman way called West Valley Auto color , they have it too.
I have some of the Splitsecond. worksgood seems a bit more yellowish though. But you're right, it is lighter. I won't be using much anyway.
