Craig,
I have mine removeable using the 6 (?) M4 screws. Makes things a lot easier if you need to "go inside"

Since you built the hatch, you will never need to remove them. wait til right before you paint to glue them on. I don't believe the seam is scale so you will want to fill this seam.

Cheers Lads. Yeah I am thinking I will glue them on as the hatch makes access pretty simple.

And yes not scale so will look better tidied up a little.

Craig, mine are glued on and the hatch is in. Scott's right, can't see any need for them to be removable plus you lose that 'orrible seam!!

Forgot you did the hatch Craig! But that one is not scale either
makes sense to glue them on then!

Have mounted the Tom Cook (jet model products) air panel inside nose hatch on my hawk. It is mounted on dragonplate and the dragonplate frame is removable. Still plenty of room to install switches, charge jacks and fuel fill

Hi Roy, keep an eye weight up front. With the scale cockpit I know most end up having to shuffle weight backward. JMP kit looks nice!

Hi Scott
i was hoping you would respond. I saw you have both of these. Would you mind emailing me your phone number? [email protected]. I have a couple of questions. If not I totally understand.
Thanks

Hi Guys, I am assembling a CARF / Skygate hawk and I went through this thread to see if I can find what I needed. Now I want one of these !!!

In the mean time, I am stuck in installing the stab covers (against the fuse). As yours is, there are two small tabs that get glued to the upper piece. My first question is that when installed, are the tabs towards outside (stab) or they will be towards the fuse and we would only be ble to see the edge of them? The second question is that, are yours also glued to the stabs?

I would appreciate your help and any close up pictures available. thanks again.
Behzad
