Hello Everyone

Our website will be getting a update sometime very soon. Our Updates will include information on the particpating pilots for this years Jet World Masters!! We have been receiving registration almost everyday. I must say it is exciting to see the many different pilots and countries that are coming to the event. Most of the teams will be bringing some family members for this 2 week event. I know it is a very expensive endeavour to come and attend this show. I personally spent over $5000.00 when I flew in the competition in Ireland. We can not thank you enough for your sacrafise.

We have been working hard on orgainizing the event and to make sure that you will be taken care of once you arrive. I think you will be very pleased with what we have to offer you at the National Musuem of the United States Air Force and Dayton, Ohio. I know you will be able to do a lot of Jet flying or just hangout with your friends and families at a local Baseball game, pub, restaurant, and etc. We will keep you busy.

AMA education department will be attending the event on the weekend to help support the youth that will be at the show.

I will also be posting some information about me hosting a couple different Webinar meetings. I will have my first one with a local Cincinnati Club. Afterwards I will expand out to the entire world. Everyone will be welcomed to login for free and watch a slide show and you will be able to ask questions about the event and such. Hosting a Webinar will give me a opportunity to explain what the competition is all about, show what is in the area and to tell you our plans for everyone. I'll keep you posted on the up and coming Webinars.

SKS Video will be attending this historic event. We will be there from start to finish , catching all the action and doing interviews with the teams and pilots. Look for the DVD soon after the show. This is going to be a huge event and one you should attend. We hope to see you there.

Some teams has been having some issues with their emailed registrations. We have had a couple registrations kicked back to the sender. If you run into this problem please sent your registration to ([email protected]).. Once David recieves your information he will send you a confirmation.

All registrations are processed through David Thomas from the NMUSAF he was out of the office for most of last week, but now has returned and is working extremely hard on all his different duties . Please note that David may take one or two days to get back with you about your teams registration.

Hello everyone

How is everyone? Don't be shy to post any cool information about the JWM . Give us sneak peak of your aircraft or post some stuff about the Dayton area. We have many registered teams and we are getting new teams almost everyday. We will post a list of teams and pilots very soon!

As part of the organizing staff we all have been working extremely hard on every aspect of the event. I am sure you will have a good time once you arrive at the JWM.

Roger Posted a couple new sponsors about a week or so ago. Which was Wren Turbines and Fly Eagle Jets! We thank them for joining us for this International event. Our sponsors has been the best!!

We were just notified that Pepsi bottling Company has just joined us as a sponsor for the Jet World Masters. This is also some really good news for us at the JWM.

AMA (Academy of Model Aeronautics) is bringing a eduactional trailer for our youth to have hands on training with flight simulators and RC buddy box flying. This should be a huge hit for the curious young aviator. Which could grow up to be a Jet World Masters pilot. So bring your kids and let them enjoy our hobby.

Thanks for the updates that your posting for us. Without the support from the CVB's we couldn't offer such a great service for all the competitors. I know we have plenty of fun things for everyone to do while they are here. I hope we can plan a outing at Beaver Vu Bowl and I will take on anyone and everyone for the title of the best bowler at the Jet World Masters. LOL...I will wipe the dust off my K-Mart bowling ball and try to knock some pins down with everyone else.

So far we have 19 countries that will be coming to the event and many people from all over the world so this will be a great time to get a opportunity to learn from each other. Sort of Ironic that the jets they fly are of Chinese J-10 fighters with American flags on them!

Bob , No fair that you get to go to Joe Nall... . I want to go. It is such a good time for all the northern RC pilots. I'm sure your ready for some better weather. I am the Hungarian team manager (Zoltan Pohl). We are excited to attend the JWM in Ohio. Initially , we have plan to have a bigger team but........money....money....))It is a huge financial effort from our side. We will also attend the airshow on 23, 24. We will participate with a Saab Gripen with an inhouse made turbine HunJet (new 2011 trademark)which will be also available on the international market soon. We have developed an amazing turbine (you'll see !) with fantastic performances. You'll like it 100%!! The Gripen will be equiped with this turbine. Could anyone help us with a best shipping option for the crate? We have contacted TNT and gave us an astronomic quotation from Budapest, Hungary to NMUSAF, door to door delivery.

It will be a really good time seeing you again. We are all looking forward in everyones visit to the 2011 JWM and NMUSAF. Shipping your aircraft can be a challenge. I had a heck of a time when I shipped my plane to Ireland. I spent a couple thousand dollars on that experience and then the plane was damaged at that. Over the past 3 years I have contacted UPS, FED EX, DHL for support, and as you can see they didn't step up to help with anything like this. If you can try to contact a company called BAX Global, maybe they can have better pricing,. They shipped my plane back from Ireland at a pretty reasonable cost. Maybe someone else can chime in here and give you a little advise also. I will call around this week and see what I can come up with for different shipping companies.

Hi Zoli, First you should have the airlines ship the crate to Chicago O'Hare not all the way to the Museum in Dayton, Ohio. Please refer to the ground shipping arrangements from O'Hare to the Museum in Bulletin # 0 which I will forward via personal Email. Roger
