i knew it. i was certain he was the guy on the car crash and damaged model fraud case. i just couldnt find the thread and news article to prove it. so i stayed out of this thread. i wouldnt give up just yet. some will do a lot to stay out of jail, especially since he has a recent taste of the jumpsuit club. you can always collect one way or another. i have a friend who serves writs for judgements. he once told me that he knocked on a door to make a judgement collection and the person told him " you cant get blood from a turnip " his response was " so, we are taking the turnip ". just get a judgement if all else fails. they confiscate at around 10 cents on the dollar. that translates into we are taking a lot. couch, bed, tv etc. good luck and never give up. barry

If it costs you airfare, car rental and a hotel for a weekend to assist an authority/agency in MN. with your pre-discussed facts, it's money well spent (if necessary) to get the ball rolling.

I was scammed by a guy in Hamburg Arkansas on a saito 150 and the trolls at RCU treated me as the guilty party! Luckily, I bought through paypal and have a chance of getting my money back. It is VERY SAD that RCU doesn't do more to screen the sellers more, I know a tiger guy in New York City that has screwed many and is banned on ebay that still advertises here!

This is unreal! For a minute there, I actually felt a little sympathy for the guy (I know, it's the LIBERAL in me). I was rationalizing and thinking, "There must be something awful going on in his life for him to behave this way." Nevermind that crap! This dude is just a straight-up CROOK! An apparently careless one, too! That's hilarious that the cop would contact the insurance company directly...

If nothing else, you've got to let the authorities in his city know about this. This might be taken into account when disposing of his insurance fraud case if it's not already in disposition.

Lucky do all you can to get your money back! This crook needs to be aware that he can not do this to others and get away with it! I do not like creeps like this, I felt bad when I asked about a plane or an engine on the questions and never hear from the seller just to find two months later his answer showed up in my junk mail way back then, And I see the answers when cleaning the junk mail, I feel like i took some time away from him and did not answer back! But a crook is a crook and should be were a crook belongs! I reckon thats the conservative in me!

Please don't have sympathy for him, he has been stealing from people for at least 6 years now, because that is how long ago he stole from me, and I would bet he has been doing this for more than 6 years. I only wish he lived close by me, he would of never stole from me then.
