Dave's unwillingness to discuss the situation with you is a BIG mistake!

He no doubt thinks he's immune from prosecution under the MN Statute of Limitations. He listened to his "jailhouse lawyers" who told him the clock stops running after six years. Instead, he should have checked the facts for himself. Six years is correct, but he should find out when the clock STARTS to run.

I tried calling him right after he sent me that nasty email, and the recorded messages says it will not take my phone calls, and that is from my home and cell line, he has a lot of nerve sending me that email when he is the one who stole from me and others, plenty of others, yes Dave I will see you back in jail soon.

If you can prove this email came from his computer(probably so) he's just given you admission of theft & refusal to return property not his own! (Possession of stolen property, is a new crime all onto itself) So much for any statute of limitations! He just renewed the crime! Go get him!

If you can right click on his email, click on properties and give me the IP address it has listed (it will be 2 or 3 of them) I can get the information as to were the email came from (name and address)

At least by Shirley sending Joe C the email means we know that he is watching this thread! And knows Joe C is going to get his stuff and money back weather it is preasure from here or the law! Shirleys life at the field will change because allot already knew that he could not be trusted but now so does everyone else now know! Life here can be great here on RCU you can buy stuff you need from the good folks here and you can sell stuff you no longer need but someone else may need. If used right to meet allot of good people and make friendships that last a life time! But you cheat and scam a bunch of people and things will change for you here, And should! You still have a chance to do whats right and fix this. And then and only then you can hold your head up a little at the field but if you do not I would not even show up! I can not even think about getting out of this hobby or not having my friends to fly with, But that said I do not cheat or scam my friends or others, Its not in my mind set and I know I have to answer for anything I do one day! So Shir maybe if you can in your selfish, deceitful life do the right thing. Joe C can turn this thread into a build thread when he gets his plane back!

Ok the orginating IP address is 64.12.207.163, it is a AOL user with get ready for this "Dial up) and is outside of Wichita kansas. Latitude 38, Longitude -97. It is a static IP address so it is permanent to this idiot. If you would like I can get this idiots address, name and his entire life story, but I do not think it is Shirley, it might be one of his fellow retards.

Do It!!![>:]...If its not him we still need to know who it is trying to distract us from removing criminals from our hobby and associated peer group!, Or could simply be the guy helping load your stuff into David's car after he rips you off[:@]. I am still looking for folks interested in getting the AMA to acknowledge those with criminal activity involving model aircraft or crimes against fellow hobbyist and remove them from our ranks. This guy has the possibility of being in charge of transmitter impound at your next Fun Fly!!
