Thats Factory Tracks Raceway, i blieve the town is Highland Michigan. I'll go grab ya an address for the place. Looks like you have a Nemesis, some savages, and a Revo you could be racing with us in the MT class.

Race Report?
Al Horne won MT setting down laps faster than Buggy and Truggy. Al M got a nice second and I took third. Not too much to really say. Good day of drving and all that. Al H gave me the wheel a lot usually him tripling the back wall and landing on me singling the final! LOL
We all had fun. Another pathetic Nitro turnout. Even electric on a dead day brings in way more. I hope things change, but with 2 big races in Ohio, another holiday, I don't see things getting better. But I'm a bit negative anyhow.

Geeeez Jake, cheer up my man. FTR is still very new, and those big Colombus races ALWAYS draw the crowd. Turnouts have been light, but the racing is good. All we can do is race, promote, and have fun. Hopefully the class wil grow. And Merry Christmas!
Whats up Hawk? We do have alot of fun. We have a great bunch of guys up here. Its just hard to get em all to the races in our harsh winters. With this year being particularly nasty soo far.
So Brian, check this stuff out. I know you've already got an MGT, but heres some pics anyway.
Nekkid pics!
The "MAN" starter. LOL
I keeeeeell you, with my AE starter!!!!
And can you guess whats wrong, or shall i say whats "RIGHT" about this picture...
Thats it for now peeps. Hope everyone is having a great Christmas. I must go help my daughter open some of her presents, and install some batteries.

That starter pistol is cool. Are you gonna run the stock blue springs on it? I got the stiffer red springs all the way around on mine. I'll let you try them out if you want. 1 tip to lower the truck some is to loosen the shock towers and put a spacer between the tower and chassis to raise the tower some. This puts the upper shock mount higher so the truck sits lower. I just used some nuts as spacers. It still has full suspension travel. That was a tip I got out of a RC Car magazine back when I got my MGT.

Ya Brian, im loving the starter. Its pretty friggin huge. I wont know what setup this truck will get until i hit the track with it. The current setup feels nice though. But it'll have to hit the track with racing tires to see where its setup is at.

Man that truck just screams to be banned at every track.
1. Engine is over size.
2. You need a CCW to carry the starter unit.

LOL. Jake i think it falls under the RTR rule, that allows me to run it with the RTR motor. LOL. But dont worry, i'll be running my Revo at the races most the time, and likely all the big races. Unless i just fall in love with this truck, and its giant motor. But really it all comes down to how it navigates the track. We'll see what happens. If nothing else, it'll be fun to run you over your revo with it, when you trash talk.

Thanks Ken, hope your Christmas was great too. How many trucks do i own now? Hmm... Not sure off the top of my head really. But im guessing i have a bunch. lol. Seriously though, i think im at 10 actual MT's. Then theres the Minis, and my 5B.
Though i shouldnt say "actual" MT's. Some of those are truggies. Muggy, 8T, and the ST-1, all truggies.

What's the best way to get tire foams back into shape? The new Panther tires I bought had the foams just crammed into the tire with a big kink in them. I tried working them out and figured it would straighten out once I put them in the tires and put them on the wheel, but now there are flat spots in the tires where the foams were kinked. I haven't glued them yet. I was thinking about getting them wet, ringing the water out and letting them dry to see if that would help.

RE: Factory Tracks Raceway MT racers
Brian, im not sure. I havent really had that issue before. I would guess the flat spots would work out of those foams just from being used, and in their normal position. But getting them wet would likely do it too.

I heard putting them in the dryer would work. I have not tried it! I guess the heat might work. Maybe try a hair dryer on low heat?!?!?!?

RE: Factory Tracks Raceway MT racers
Thanks, I'll try heating them up 1st. If that doesn't help I'll wet them and let them dry to see how they do. I just hate to glue them up with the flat spot in there.
