djheptic, I'm downloading that as I type. As a joke I said that to my mate the other day - How fun it would be to have a car view of it being driven. Cool idea!

How old is yours I think you said a year? I have had mine over 4 years and not sure how many gallons but many at least 8 to 10. I do not run on pavement. You should see the header I had on it when I had the OS 15 where the paint is wore off from the dirt being kicked up.

I will keep buying 4 gallons from Towers as I can end up getting it for about $27 a gallon including shipping and the HM fee.

i totally i agree..buying 4 gallons is more economically smart. but! i buy my fuel in person by the gallon muhahaha

to young for credit still

and even tho ive only had my mt for a lil less then a year ive bashed it so hard and raced it even harder..have u ever done 20 laps in 1 race? hmm maybe thats not alot but it is with 5-6 other cars :/

my cousin pits for me he is fast!

so id say its been beaten hard! and bashed hard too..ive taken about 12 feet into the air and broken it attempting backflips and front flipps..not inclusing running into the ramp or jumping off side ways lol..

im glad i bought the mt2 its pretty durable

i had 1 bad flip went real bad and i thought when it landed it would crach the chasis..i tried jumping this mega ramp and went off the side near the top and about 35mph and it slammed into a tree(the under side of the chasis i took pics of)

most laps ive ever done is about 23-25

i tahnk my cousin for making it possible as he's the best pit man you could have...even tho he has a revo with a .18 in it he also marshalls when im not racing

rcnz have you found a dish wheels that fit the MT yet? I looked for a little bit today but no luck. I cannot believe HPI does not make some. [sm=spinnyeyes.gif]

with two equal drivers-same expierience-same nitro-same %--

who would win if 1 had a mt2 and 1 had a rc10gt or gt2?

im really starting to like the 2wd st's thinking bout grabbing a lil cheap rc10gt kit..is this kit ok joe?

the track..let me get specific on it..a straight..tripples--sharp curves--all elements-hard clay

both using .15 engines both use same tires both have same tune. same radio same servo

i guess when it comes to it basiccaly which 1 handles better which 1 weighs less
In a drag race on the street the RC10GT would win!

On a track most likely the MT2 would win!

The RC10GT is much lighter and has less rotating mass being it is 2WD, on the track I think the MT2 would be the faster of the two, it handles better and gets through the turns better.

I had a Picco .12 engine in one of my MT2 trucks then moved it to my RC10GT, it was much more torquey and faster in the GT. Also I won an RC10GT that had an OS .18 CV-r installed and this engine was too much for the GT to handle. I took it out of the GT and installed it in my on-road MT1 where it was much better suited. I currently still have the engine installed in the MT1 (it is the black on-road truck in the picture).

I have drag raced my RC10GT with a Picco .15 RC Speed engine against my Kyosho Inferno 7.5 Kanai 3 buggy with a RB .21 Racing engine in the grass and the parking lot. The Buggy killed the GT in the grass where the GT could never catch up but the GT was much faster on the assfault. I thought for sure my GT would win in both races being it was lighter but I that was not the case on the grass. At the time the GT did not have the best tires for traction on grass but it was so much faster than the 1/8th buggy in the parking lot I though for sure it would have caught up and pass the buggy. Boy I was wrong. Both my friend and myself could not believe it. I currently have better tire for the GT on the grass and will have to do this race over again.

I did see pictures of a MT2 with yellow dish wheels somewhere. I can't remember where. They were definitely not made by AE or Pro-line. They looked almost like a cereal bowl they were concaved so much. I will try and find those pictures again. If I am not mistaken I think it was posted on this thread many pages back and many people did comment on them.

I think I found them on Tower. They are made by Traxxas, and they are white not yellow "my mistake". These are definitely the rims I saw on an MT2, they are very unique looking the way they are shaped.

They are not supposed to collect dirt and mud like spoke wheels. So far I have not tried a set but would like to. Do those have 12 mm hex drive? Does not really say.
