Default finally!!!

finally, i (well the guy at my lhs) got my GT2 running really well.
remember how i thought my servos were bad???
they werent. my fricken batteries were dying!!!!!!! idk how i could not think of that.

but not, i got to wait 15 hours for the rechargeble batteries to charge [:@]
but o well, ill get to use it tomorow and not have to worry about having it run like doodoo. lol

thanks for all the info on everyhting though, to everyone that ghave me help.
this forum is reeaally awsome!!!

cool i got mine running good to took 8 tanks of gas to do it though but i am pretty good at tunning my little gt2 now

Get a Duratrax Piranha Digital Peak Charger. It'll charge your RX and TX packs! And it only takes an hour or two...

Those overnight chargers hardly work on high capacity batteries like the one you're using. The $50 spent on a good charger is well worth it.

ok, well on the box of the one i bought, it says "universal TX/RX charger"
lol
but it seems to work pretty well. i onyl have like 1 hour left of an overnight charge. =D

Any 5 cell rx pack is 6 volts. You run into low voltage issues when you use rechargeable AA batteries in the 4 cell holder.
Alkaline batteries have 1.5 volts per, while NiCd, and NiMh batteries have 1.2 volts. That is why you want an extra cell in the rx pack if you go rechargeable.
