i have a nitro sport and i want to know what i should put on it i am getting a new body from proline and im getting new chrome wheels and tires
what do u think i should get?

um lets see a motorsaver for that puny .15 ball bearings for your bellcranks. higher torque steering servo and tires should be MOABS/ dirt hawgs / or gladiators in back and m3 edges in the front(all pro-line.) i would also consider a failsafe along with some big bore shocks and some RPM products all the way around (A-arms front and rear, front and rear shocktower, and bumber.) and your truck should be as badass as mine LOL. i agree with all but for one thing......the nitro sport does not have a bellcrank steering system[&:].but other then that i agree also i highly advise to upgrade to a 2.5R......so much better and more fun to.

hahahhaa.first go with your suspension.it was my weak point.rpm a- arms will cost 40$ front and rear combined(20$ a set).the shock towers are 10$ and bumper is like 5$.don't worry about a fail-safe....and with some spare cash change your tires but for now it's not needed.also the engine replacement plan was 105$ for the engine and 25$ for the conversion kit.i highly reccomend it but for now stick with what i told you. oh big bores are a good investment..20$ front and back=40$ total.

go to tower the rear and front overall is only 20 for both... i just bought them. and don't worry about a failsafe yeah your a EFFIN retard all he has to do is have some batteries go dead or go out of range and then he is gonna have alot more money to pay for upgrades. $17 is a hell of an investment to save your 200+ truck.

failsafes are way way more important than upgrading suspension and bumpers and stuff. without a failsafe you run a pretty good risk of destroying any hopped up parts you put on your vehicle as it careens full throttle until it his something solid enough to stop it.

crazy to run a car with no failsafe it should be the first upgrade you buy if your radio does not have one.

I am not a fan of putting alum shock towers on the rear of most ST's. The plastic helps absorb some of the force put into hard landings plus it is like a failsafe and breaks if you hit it really hard. It prevents damage to other parts of the truck when it breaks that the tower is connected to.

aluminum shock tower releases power to - rear bulkhear and it breaks and then if its aluminum trans case and if that aluminum then your car is bulletproof

yeah i understand what your saying man but batteries have telltale signs before they oh somehow all of a sudden go bad[:-][X(] and to be honest the range on my nitro sport went almost a quarter of a mile before it started to loose it's control so i never needed one.just a LITTLE COMMON SENSE is needed and your not having to buy other parts.also don't EFFIN flame other members for their opinions.not everyones vehicle is the "same"[sm=punching.gif].go with a failsafe if you want but what are your driving conditions?.the rpm towers are fine IMO

i would say if you have a stock radio that comes with the truck then it is either am or fm and that signal could be lost at anytime for a number of reasons. they all glitch, it is 15 dollars to protect your car from this happening. I have alot of common sence and it told me to buy a fail safe. I hope i will never need it but when i do it will prolly save me a few 100 dollars and a lot of repair time.I have had my car loose its signal at a full clip and it hit a wall and it exploded (to say the least), very expensive to repare. i personaly will never run without one again. i am sure their will be a time when your car looses its signal and you crash in some way maybe bad maybe not it happens to everone at some point. i am sure if it is bad the first thing you will think is oh$&!T and then you will think of this "just a LITTLE COMMON SENSE is needed and your not having to buy other parts".
