Very nice! I think I'm going to paint it white with blue stripes... But where can I get the stripes? And I would like to add some japanese writing on it... Anyone knows where to get it?

hmmm well the stripes most people have came with their cars, like the Ford GT40 comes with white and blue I think. Maybe even an extra set of black stripes. I think I have all my stripes. Let me look and if you'd like I'd have no problem mailing them to you so you can use them. I believe I do have the blue stripes, but they are the blue for the GT 40.

Also I didn't mean to knock a the Black Mustangs I just think that the lighter colors bring out all the features of the body of which the mustangs have quite a bit. Especially the lights and grill area. Just a matter of preferance.

Yeah I could snail mail them to you. I wouldn't air mail them unless you wanted to pay for the shipping via paypal. I have to make sure I have them and they're in proper condition though. I think they are, let me know if you want them. Of course if you're going to pay 20 bucks to airmail them you might as well just go buy an HPI gt40 or mustang body with the stripes hehe and just take them from it.

Ok well I definitly have them and they're in good shape. I don't know how you'll adapt them to the mustang though they have some GT40 cuts in them for the hood you may need to cut and splice.

it has some white hpi racing logos on it and a black web logo. There are some black ones which will look better on the other sheet I'll cut out for you?

You can do this, just go buy some clear vinyl sticker film for your inkjet printer.

[link=http://www.hyaz.com/inkjet%20clear%20adhesive%20vinyl.htm]Hyaz Clear Vinyl Self Adhesive Inkjet Vinyl[/link]

Then (if you have Adobe Illustrator and know how to use it) You can learn this in a couple nights.

go to brands of the world and you can find any logo you want.

[link=http://http://www.brandsoftheworld.com/]Brands of the World[/link]

then what you do is put all the logos, stripes or graphics you want onto one 8.5X11 sheet of the vinyl and print it and cut them out. (use Adobe illustrator and .eps files) they will come out the cleanest/best quality)

You can also do laserjet too, but I'm not sure what the quality will be, but they will probably be better in a lot of ways because usually if you get inkjet prints wet the colors run. You might be able to fix this by first spraying a thin clear laquer over the decals before you cut and put them on, but I've never done this yet. I just ordered some of these clear sheets recently and haven't recieved them yet.
