I said I "respectfully" disagree, not trying to start a turf war. I put a 91FX in mine. And chill out I didn't attack your decision I just disagreed.

Tom,
Why do you feel the OS 91 FX makes for a better firewall foward package, over the ST G90 ?

6 screw 1/8 with his nuts and the bigger washer a can used.

the design is a copy of Partner model of PLPROD.

1.- draw the design on a paper 1:1 to the wing
2.- cut all the piece
3.- que alguien me traduzca " cuidado cuando monocotea de no dejar una union en contra de viento, siempre el que monta tiene que quedar a favor del viento.

Hey EL ****CANO,
Can you say if the Performance Specialties Ultrathrust muffler which is 9 1/2 inches mounted on the OS .91FX would fit in the location for mufflers on the Epsilon? The whole length appears to be behind the exhaust stack! See picture: Thanks,

Schpankme,
I don't mean to sound rude, and I'm sorry if it comes across this way, although I know that it probably will.
But...
Do you even fly? You sure can dig up facts from a catalog, but do you have any real world experience with the products that you are giving advice about?
Again, I didn't intend to flame you, call you out, call you a jackass, or sound rude, but I am curious. [sm=confused.gif]

And that last lil blurb that Sergio asked to be translated is "make sure when you cover not to let the seams go against the wind, always have the seams going with the wind" (so that the edges won't lift)

Thanks for the monokote tips Sergio and the translation Ryan. I guess it makes it a little easier with a sheeted wing. I have only built open frame wings before. I may have to try getting a little fancier with the Epsilon.

Ryan,
Having looked at many of your previous posts, you seem perfectly capable of shooting your mouth off, about many subjects, but provide little or no information; such as your attack against me.
As to your question - Do I build, fly, advise, and teach .. Yes, since 1975. What's your excuse?
As to the advice that I give, do you see something wrong with it?
Next time you want to flame someone, make sure you can post information, which contradicts the information, you’re criticizing.

I just got my Epsilon today, have cut the parts and don't find the dihederal brace, did it come in the extra wood parts? I did however get an extra cowl, also there was a carbon tube 12 x 5/8 is this for the wing bolt where they talk about plactic tube?
Thanks

Schpankme,
First and foremost, please accept my apologies for writing that post about you. It was unjustified and you didn't do anything to anyone to deserve it.
Yes, I am perfectly capable of mouthing off and have gotten myself in trouble frequently for it. I don't recall any of my recent posts here with me mouthing off, however ALL of my earlier ones were.
As far as your experience, you obviously have me beat there since you have been flying for a good while longer than I have been living.
No, there is nothing wrong with the advice that you give. All of it is correct, therefore I can't say that you are BSing or saying something that you heard. The only reason that I said that was because you give textual information, not personal preference (which in and of iteslf is not a bad thing. Alot of arguments get started that way)
I also stated that I didn't intend on flaming you in my first post. I was merely curious, and didn't mean any harm in it. I guess doubting somebody publically can't be considered anything other than flaming, and it is for sure emarassing. You're not a member who goes around posting stuff haphazardly or goes off on a tangent, you always stick to the topic and the facts, which is admirable.
Again, I do sincerely apologize for saying that, it wasn't my place to say anything and it was very childish of me to do so. I also apologize to everyone who is reading this for going off on a tangent in this thread.

Thanks, I just weighed it and it weighs 3200 grams or 7.05 lbs. Damn that is light. The only thing I did differently from other planes is to go all pull pull. I can't wait to fly this thing. The OS 91 FX should be plenty for this thing.

I just received my Epsilon ARC today. From the instructions on CA's site, is the engine location determined by the cowl? There is no thrust line location given.
