Yeah, Mike's plane flew very nice! I guess after having a V2 for a couple of years, it was easy to get in the groove with the V3. I can't wait to get mine going soon.

Emory,
I have another young man ding donging me to death to get his done. I've been pulling some long nights trying to finish. But stick a foamie in his hands and they tend to hush for a while. Imagine that!!

What a great time! I already have it on my calendar for next year. but next year, I'm bringing foamies for the war...
I like a challenge, and last weekend definitely qualified. That's just what I needed
Don't worry guys, if all of the new VF3s trim out and fast and sweet as this one did, sheesh....you're "in tha house" in what, 3 flights? I have to admit a large part of my fun was from watching everyone fly that plane and say "wow". I probably uttered a few of those too....
Mike Wingo did a fantastic job of CDing, and Cathy did an awesome job of scoring. Same kind of turnout as GMA, same class structure, and ya know what? It was FUN!!!!! The competition was fierce in every class (well ok except FAI, but just surviving the flights was enough for me!) and I know every person walked away with a great feeling and a lot of fun memories.
But next time we have to get that foamie carnage on film LOL
