Knoxville TN Pattern Meet- updated info !!
Hello,
The KCRC annual pattern contest August 23rd &24th 2008 has been moved to a new location!!
With all kinds of open area and nice long grass runway. This location is easy access to lodging and major highways. There will be food available and camping also, (no hook-ups) we will have more info in the next few days. So come out to the New House Mountain R/C flying site.

The info will be done Monday night we are looking at the hotels in the morning and will get the flyer done and out !!
The new site is very pattern friendly !!! GPS N 36º 7.609’ by W 83º 47.643’

Well guys here it is !!! The info !! runway 75' x 800' of nice grass.. camping in permitted, just no hook-ups..

stable/farm on the right.

OK I think there will be two and maby three from the Nashville Area. How far from I-40 at the 398 is the field ? I found it on mapquest looks like a good hop from there . Are there any motels at Exit 8 from 640?
