Building the Proctor Nieuport 11

My Feedback: (7)
Well, with the period we are going thru, I'm not so surprised not having an answer, I hope this man is still in good health... I'm building the Nieuport 28 C-1, and if your friend could make a scan copy of his manual, my kit would be saved!!!
I bought this kit 18 years ago, divorced, and went thru 3 moves... In the story, I not only lost the manual, but the hood and a pair of splendid spoke wheels so nice that I remember being frustrated to be obliged to cover them with fabric!
To bad for the aluminium hood I will have to make it in another way...

I'm asking those that built The Proctor Nieuport 11, Do you think the Saito R19 3 cylinder would be too much for this plane?.
From a Laser 80, 690 g, the R19 is 1205 with muffler and ignition (950 g engine only)
The prop size and range are similar, 13x9 to 15 x 6.
Did anybody have to add weight to balance? I'm wondering if going from 7.5 lbs. to 8 .5 lbs. due to engine weight would be a problem.
