Default Bulldog tail lights with RX-18

I'm in the process of upgrading my Bulldog from an RX-13 to an -18. The tail lights used to plug into the board. But, I don't see a corresponding plug on the 18 board. Anyone have a Bulldog (or other tank with tail lights) that they'd be willing to open up and see how the tail lights are wired in?

Thanks in advance.

On my HL Pershing the Tail Lights are wired into the 8 pin board on the Turret, traced back to the RX board it is the + - pins on the right side of the Turret plug. The Pin furthest on the right is the + .....I put a Yellow Dot below each of them and circled the area in Red. Should work the same way for yours

Hope that helps

Hi
My Tail lights are wired into the a slot next to the 8 pin connecter where it attaches to the turret.

Thanks everyone. My tank is old enough that it doesn't have the extra plug attached to 8-pin receptical that AFV showed. Wonder if Ican splice the wiring like candycab showed.

My Pershing is the same as the pic afv posted.

There isn't anything altering the current between that plug and the RX18 so its pretty much the same as a direct connection, so coming off the board at the RX end should work with no problem

Sweet! Good to know...thanks.

As an alternative (just because I like the plug function more than spliced wires)...anyone know where I can get the male end of the plug? Mato has all of the wires and female ends on their website, but none of the male ends.

Should be a Pretty straight forward soldering job so you could get yourself a couple of plugs of your choice and solder one to the back of the board like the pic.
