I have bulkheads on all my Tanks which keeps the gearboxes apart from the rest of the hull and keeps any flying lubricant away from the control board and it also stops the extended cable from getting into the gears. shaun
Sounds like a pretty good idea, but a Gomer like me needs visual aids. Can we get a photo?

Max, Hi, I live in the UK so I got them from this UK E-BAY site you need the Male/Female "8" pin/socket.

www.ebay.co.uk/itm/lipo-balance...35cc9doff3

I ordered 2 cables on Sunday evening and they came this Tuesday morning! and including postage £5.50.
If you have a problem try E-BAY /and look for Lipo balance extension charger cable lead 7s JST-XH (7 cell 25.9V) it is sold by "inhelume" Good luck shaun

Sorry, that link says it appears to be broken. Are you talking about basically an extension cord? Male to female?

Yes.
I spoke to someone about this and because I mentioned LI-Po balance cable they assumed it was all the cable could be used for.
But of course you can use it any way you want,
An extension cable is what I wanted and this does the job perfectly

Tanker 10 I just cut the 5 pin down to a 2 and 1 pin flipped to match the correct orientation shown in pictures, and plugged in. Works perfectly.

This is just until I receive the proper 3 pin. Used a drumel tool to shave down the plastic guides to fit.

Have a good one,

Good news, so how are you liking the ease of operation with the IBU2? No more hair flying around the room, right?
