Recieved my panzer three today.Really like it but.......upon looking it overI found this.[
]

the hole plus, it is cracked clean through along the sprocket edge just hard to see in the pic. So my question is does any one have a spare plastic sprocket they want to sell or trade for? Will buy both sides if needed.

Get some of the stick apoxy that comes in the tubes that you kneed together with your fingers they make it for plastics ...scuff up around the area fill in a littl bit and let it dry and it should be fine.....the stuff is like clay so you can shape it and smooth it out by wetting your finger and smearing it.
That's what i would do..then paint it and you won't even know it's there....

If you're going to buy a new pair, why not go all metal from ETO Armor? They are only $13.00 each.
If not, send that picture to who you purchased it from so they can send you a new 'free' one.

When you get metal tracks( trust me you will) you get new metal drive wheels. What you have there is definite reason to purchase the metal upgrade!!!!!!
If you want a plastic drive wheel, PM me with your address, I know I have one kicking around, and all it will cost you is shipping.

Contact me off line (email) and I can mail you a good plastic sprocket for postage cost. This is a typical HL Pz3 issue which usually includes broken idlers (check those), though my last Pz3 arrived in perfect order (to be fair), which I know to be a rarity. The lack of candor amongst HL vendors and consumer supporters is truly amazing to the point of complete dishonesty. Perhaps HL ships OEM broken stuff that way to force one to purchase the metal upgrades, u think.

Kennywsp,
If you have recieved faulty goods from a supplier I suggest you invoke your legal rights. Don't simply accept the situation, contact the supplier with your complaint and request a resolution.
If you don't get a satisfactory resolution, name and shame! It will be of benefit to all tankers, whatever the outcome.
