Stick on wheel weights. It's what I used once for my remote controlled 1/25th Tamiya Tiger I.

If you use lead, then you cannot market to children because of the new laws the geniuses in Washington just passed.
Probably make the lower hull in metal or a metal insert on the floor. Have to see how much it would need to weigh to get the suspension to articulate properly, probably 3-4lbs minimum.
