What the heck does "SYSTEM still in quene current position 1of1" mean? I've been on the live chat several times and I've never seen anything like that. Maybe I could ask him something for you? But lets wait until after Thanksgiving.

COULD YOU ASK HIM ABOUT MY REPLACEMENT FULL OPTION PERSHING TURRET . TO REPLACE THE ONE I SENT BACK IN JULY.PLEASE . I DONT KNOW IF MY EMAILS ARE GETTING THROUGH OR NOT TO HIM. THANK YOU.

I would suggest that you get in touch with Bubbajoexx as far a s the turret goes. he is the one who would be fixing or repairing it. he may be backlogged or very busy but thats your best bet. Until recently there where issues at RCCommand that Bill really had no way to correct easily so there are still some residual orders backlogged but they are working VERY Hard to get everyone back in buisiness. Joe will be happy to help so send him a PM on this forum. I know he can help.

I'm one of the ones who have had no issues with RCCommand. Remember, you are far more likely to hear complaints, than success stories, even if the "no problem" folks outweigh the "problem" folks 10 to 1.
Bill is a great person, so it's not like you are having to deal with personality issues.
I can't explain whats going on with the few that ARE having problems, as I've never experienced them myself.

I would agree, I've had nothing but good experiences with RC Command. I just ordered an upgraded speaker and some decals from them and got them about 3-4 days later. I communicate with them on the live chat because, like others have said, lately phone and email communications are spotty.

I understand the backlog in orders issue but backordered since July? An item over 200.oo and backordered that long should have a response to the Customer in a reasonable amount of time regarding the status of the item in question. Particlularly if it has been already paid for. Hopefully Armored Rabbit will get it resolved and have his confidence restored with RC Command. It's put me off from ordering from RC Command till the issue is resolved and RC Command has caught up with the orders.

never had problems with RCC.. all of my orders arrived as scheduled...
my mode of communication to RCC is my PM thru this forum..
remember guys... international shipment is way diff than local.. especially if the product is coming from here (USA) to other countries.. US has bunch of regulations in exporting products to diff countries... US custom itself will hold the product that is being exported for inspection (commercial products). especially electronic parts and etc.
i can tell because ive experienced it so many times...

I think the problem is that rccommand has not stated or updated what is going on with these fellows orders. i dont think it matters what the usa customs does with the package outbound. non the less should not the customers recieved a status update? I think these guys would be eased a little if they could just get an update as to what is going on.

Daryl, you are absolutely wrong on your statement about Post and holdups. Customs holds nothing in the way of normal merchandise going anywhere, unless you live in a country on the "watch list". I see you list Pharr Tex as your home, so you are probably not on the watch list. Normal shipping time to EU and former SSSR is 7 to 14 days, period.
When I moved to Krimea, I had sixty some parcels sent here, everything from tanks, tank kits, electronics, radios, parts, computer parts, right down to the kitchen knives, and not a one parcel was held up either in USA or here, and here they are a little more picky about what comes in Post than USA.
For anyone living in EU or former SSSR, the normal shipping time from USA is 7 to 10 days, 14 days maximum. I know, as I ship to EU and former SSSR all the time. My customers are in Ireland, UK, Norway, Sweden, Finland, Danemark, Germany, France, Belgium, Austria, Italy, Spain, Poland, Czech Republic, Byelorus, Russia, and Ukraine, to name some. Never have I had a parcel take longer than 14 days to get to a customer in the aforementioned countries. The average for all those parcels to Krim was 8 days each, from drop off at US Post to pick up and Ukr Post.
I don't have a dog in this hunt, Daryl, as rccom sells apples and I, etoarmour.com, sell oranges. I have carefully stayed out of the ongoing since May fracas here, but enough is enough. I will now PM you.

The back order issues are no joke . they are a real problem from the supplier side.Bill has been waiting on normal stock items for weeks with no word from HL so I think it has alot to do with China's plumetting economy. They got real problems over there too. The gentle man from france should have had his order drop shipped straight from HL. Again suplier problem not RCC problem. This is what Bill would most likely have done for him so shipping didnt kill the guy. i dont know what else to tell you.

I dont think it's the back orders they have a problem with, it's Bill not keeping in touch that bothers people.</p>

FWIW, I hope RCC gets their act together soon, as I think US companies that support this hobby are a godsend. However, because this IS a HOBBY doing business with a company in this industry should be an enjoyable experience at both ends of the transaction. I've taken my biz elsewhere and will continue to do so, regarless of the RCC aplogists here and elsewhere until RCC cleans up it's act. I'm tired of reading the pathetic excuses for this company and it's abysmal customer service performance. YMMV but I'm not an enabler of substandard business practices.
Cheers, Bob
