Nice Anthony! It's Jason, when you get one of those braces made up I would love to be a co-tester

P.S We may have to team up and design a Brushless kit, im getting quite good at autoCad, and from the looks of it....so are you!

Hey. Adam has the CNC and he said he can do the parts. I am just waiting for him to reply so i can get some of these parts test fitted. Oh and remind me to take some measurements of your ext wing mount so i can make an aluminum one. That way the heavier aluminum will balance out the heavy front end a bit.

Let me know how much for the front brace, that would be a great upgrade.

check pins, most likely a drive cup set screw for the front or rear diff came out. If you watch the shafts while you accel you will see which one isn't spinning and which is.....

Is anyone running an LRP Z.28 with the pull start? If so how did you mount it? I used some spacers on under the mounts but I was looking for something more stable.
Thanks

I had some spare engine mounts so i cut one in half as evenly as i could and put a half on each side between the engine and the full mount. This worked perfect for me and i never had a single problem. This way looks the best to i think because it looks exactly the same but just with a bit longer engine mounts. I posted a pic somewhere back in the pages when i first put my PRO kit together

The body as is, is pretty damn thin and light. I would say wheels but they are pretty light to!! The truck in general is very light. Only thing that really makes it lighter in a good way is a new motor. Stock motor is HEAVY!

It's fine, just tune it as best you can. The driver is what counts most. IMO i don't care what any one else thinks.

lol, if X was able to get into the top 3 with a "missing" shock on his truck, its some skill , hum, decision time, this will probabaly be like the only time i am able to race the truck, so is it "worth" it to get new tires, hum, i mostly run on-road for now, may make a track at a field but we will see about that [>:], decisions decisions, how long is the average "nitro main" at the club level, 30 mins... i know qual is like, 5 mins, should check an OLD paper article....

Bottom line is this, I romp on Kyosho ST-RR's, Losi's, and Jammin's and always place second at my track if nothing goes wrong (like a shock popping off). So it can be done. The only problem is it takes more skill to drive this well. Put me in another truggy and my lap times drop a good amount.

It was the perfect truggy to get me into racing, now I am looking to upgrade to the new RC8T most likely.

Calvino, it really depends. Some tracks around me are as little as 5 minute mains because people don't want to pit. 10-15 seems to be a normal average amount, molst people do not want to be racing for 30 minutes, trust me it gets tiring.

I lost the pin from my hub today and my wheel came flying off. Anyone know what I can use in place? or what size the stock pins are?
Thanks
