Ok well i was out the other day running the TTR ST-1 and it stalled because a rock got lodged in there, get the rock out start it up drive it down the road come up going into the back yard i hit it and it didnt go any where, I look at the gear mesh, it was fine. I took the diff out (center) and cleaned it the diffs look brand new... I looked at all my shafts and cups all tightened and have pins... nothing. I checked the hex's and they are not rounded or anything... I can hold the spur and roll the truck and only feel a little bit of resistance. whats going on? Thanks!

Sounds like you've ruled everything else out. You might pull the center Diff apart and see if the gears are shelled.
Yeah when you spin the wheel the other should turn in reverse. Sounds like your Diff gears are shredded. You can get new ones on AMain for like 9 dollars and change. I'd pull the diffs apart and check them.

check the front and read diffs....if the opposite wheel isnt spinnig then there's definatly something wrong.....did u check under the Larger spyder gear also known as the Sun Gear to make sure the outdrive pins are still intact ? ive seen those pins sheer and cause some funny diff actiom.

no i didnt only the center.
no i didnt only the center.
I suggest you try holding the driveshaft for each diff and roll it. That will rule out if its a front or rear diff issue. If they are all rolling and spin with the shaft, then it is the center differential no doubt.

You know what you can do actually to make it easier to verify. Just hold the brakes by hand and try and roll it, if you can't then the diffs are fine it is just the center diff. Depends on your brake bias but you can see if the driveshaft is spinning or not.
