Default saito 100 problem

I broke one of the mounting lugs off the engine. I inserted and tightened down the three remaining bolts seems solid then I took an oversize washer and bolted it into the spot where the lug is gone. I then filled the cavity with JB weld this stuff holds well and can be drilled like metal. I hope it will hold what do you think

Default RE: saito 100 problem

for what it's worth, I buried a 46 and the rear needle broke off (well, the "flange" that is part of the back plate that holds the needle). Super clean, I jb'd it. It lasted maybe 20 flights then it broke again (ie: the "weld" didn't hold) just from normal vibration, needle-twisting usage.

Do it and it might work for a while. Just keep checking it to make sure it is holding as you want it to.
