In the end I received a very shotty , 1/4 build , bad glue smoke smelling partialy build great planes F14 , two years later (with me out all my money) . He still runs his mail order business and he promissed me that he would send me my money back --lol ya sure [:@].
In all honesty all I will say is that if I truely wanted to seek the just revenge I would have and would not have been thru the legal options typically menthioned in these post and Mark new that and that was the only reason that my kit was even returned .

As someone else stated , people in this hobby are good , I felt bad for this slug , and did everything possible as others did to to be compassionate with him .

My only suggestion to the people in the Rc community is to simply tell everyone you know so that he cant run his mail order scam business . As far as RCU is concerned I know they do not like to hear poor remarks about its members but this is not a member nor should he ever be confused with any one in the RC community --he is a simple parasite to Rc waiting for the "next nice guy " to send him his money .

Spread the word , he is still selling kits and that is a total crime comsidering we as an RC community are so hard on good vendors for simple likes and dislikes over products offered , and then we allow someone like this to continue to sell our fellow members -that my friends is a true crime !!!!!

unless I allocate the time to build them myself , I will buy an arfs , tweek and bash to my hearts content , and inbetween purchase a -e flight warbird , tons of fun
