Just received info from Russell ...... He will make a CMP 109-F custom aluminum spinner for $150 AUD and shipping to the CONUS would be @ $50 AUD.
His design matches the original CMP spinner ( 145mm wide) and so you will have an exact fit. Currently i believe the exchange rate as of 8/19/2020 is @ 72% for AUD to USD. And so you can contact Russell (an excellent person to deal with) via Aero Sport at; [email protected]

This summer prepared my 2nd CMP ME 109. This model flies great and certainly its a keeper. Fliies superb and even thou the spinner is not an ME 109 one, in the air at 90+ mph its not noticeable.

WWIIP38 this are some of my German figters of WWII. I have models of other nations also, but the German ones are my favorites.
This is another ME 109 I have. Its from EMS more wingspan than the CMP BF 109.

I had the shark!@#$ (don't remember the rest of the name) P40. Lost it due to a battery failure. was a great flying plane. The best flying P40 I have seen, Even thou the Topflite flies good, the Shark!@#@$, was a lot better and stable.

WWIIP38, the Meister ME 109 is a piece of art. Looks fantastic. The ME 109 in your hangars picture is the CMP? If it is it does look great. The FW 190 and Mustang also.
I have 3 Mustangs. One has been in the almost finished step for some years. A topFlite witth a 3W 55. The other 2 are of the same kit, which I don't know who they are since it was agift from a friend. Both have fiberglass fuselages, not common in the 90's when they gave them to me. One of them, the Tuskegee Bunnie, finished 3rd in the Puerto Rico Coqui Nationals in the 90's.
I don't have electronic photos of those two planes to share. Not available at the time. I have scanned the photos on the documentation packages of both planes.

WWIIP38, my P40N had a DLE 55 rear exhaust and also Sierra retracts. I loved that plane. I landed superb not like other P40's that land as a AT6 hopping like Kangoroos.

Does anyone have a pdf of the building instructions for this plane? I just got it from a friend but it was never built and I have no book for it.

I have a DLE-35ra sitting there that I got for this kit, but got the feeling from this thread that it would be too heavy for this model so I’ve got my hands on a RCGF 26cc beam mount which is a far easier to install proposition.
ive just started fitting it to the fuse so can’t give you any advise on how it’s going to fly.
thanks
dave
