Hey what's up pep's? I was wondering the two speed trans for redcat is the same as A himoto two speed ? The part # for redcat is 02076 I can't find one on himoto's web site?

Yes, all items are the same from himoto. Only difference is the name.

Yeah the tornado xp/bb/and bb pro all have two speed transmissions.

The problem with them is that they tend to eat up gears if you don't have them meshed just right.
The clutchbell is mainly to blame for that but if you check out the compatible parts thread, towards the end there, I have a HPI clutchbell that you can use that'll pretty much alleviate any problems with the gears stripping.

i have a tsunami and i think its awsome i have a huge bumpy lawn and it flies across it ive flipped it a few times and so far nothing has broke...

does any body know if u can adjust when the tranny switches gears on the tornado bb and if so how to do it thanks

you can adjust it, there is a set screw on the 2 speed shifter, clockwise it shifts later and counter clockwise and it shifts earlier. be careful not to tighten too much and crush the spring inside or loosen too much then the spring falls out with the set screw.

there is a set screw and an adjustment screw, the set screw should be tight already so the adjustment screw should be visible
