Today was a sad day, my beautiful baby isn't so beautiful anymore. Me and some of my friends took it off some ramps. I broke the wing, The 4wd, now its only 2 for some reason but now i can do donuts. The plastic body is cracked. Today was not a good day.......[]
Oh yeah and i accidentally bent the front shocks.

if you look where the dogbone goes to the front and center diff, you will see drive cups, where the dog bone goes into, these are help on by a recessed grub screw, you could see it if you get the top plate off, there are screws, the handle and a small nut that hold the top plate on.

you adjust the grub screw, there is one that holds the 2 speed in place and one that adjusts shift rpm's. clockwise it shifts at higher rpm's and counterclockwise it shifts at lower rpm's. be careful not to over tighten or over loosen the nut since it will crush the spring of the grub scew will fall out. do 1/2 turns at a time and try it out.

I now have it shifting into second but it is very cold outside and now it won't start. The engine will fire but won't start. Is there anyway to make it start better in the cold?

try setting your tuning needles up to their stock setting and try 2 1/2 on the high and flush with the low, make sure the carb is open a little like 1mm. try giving it a little throttle when your starting it

most likely your batteries in the car are going dead. The failsafes kick in when the voltage drops below a certain point or the radio loses its signal. what failsafe do you have?

I have a glow hobby failsafe the one you showed me on ebay. It goes onto the red light once u take off in it. but if it is sitting still and you gas it on a stand it won't.

I had battery issues with mine and it was driving me nuts, when I connected my failsafe and started driving it would just engage the failsafe to full brake and start sounding the audible alert. Man I almost through that thing as far as I could but then I removed it and had similar issues with it steering on its own and acting weird, replaced batteries in the receiver box and all was fine.
