Default CoCreate OneSpace Modeling - Any Experience??

Recently I have found a free 3D-CAD-Tool that can be downloaded from the web for free (as far as I understood....), the CoCreate OneSpace Modeling Personal Edition ( http://www.cocreate.de/designer_modeling.cfm ).

Installation went easy, and I tried to do some simple designs on it - well, I had my trouble since I have never before been working on a 3D-CAD. I am a doc, so in my working life I never see anything like that, and for my hobby I used a simple 2D-CAD, the DraftBoard by Porsche (yes, the one with the famous sport cars....). So I have no idea about the pros and contras of the tool... but it has a strong potential to become one of my favourite toys!

Therefore my question - does anybody have some experience on this program, and, for me the most important - how is design work on a 3D-CAD done (how to draw the formers, how to insert the stringers, the surfaces and so on.....)???

best regards

Chris

Could you post the direct links to the downloads? I don't like to send my e-mail address out.

http://www.cocreate.de/prod_eval.cfm

but there you must give your Data.... there's no way without, you will receive an email where you get your personal download code. Furthermore, to work on it, you need to confirm each time online when you start the program (works automatically) - without confirmation you have only 62 hours...

Why not get some Email address from the web for such purposes??

regards
Chris

It's fun to work on this program.... my friend Oliver (known as "moyo" on RCU who is becoming a CATIA-specialist) thinks that it is a derivate of the SolidWorks...

On the free download program you are only limited to 60 parts.
