I definitely share the sentiment that in the long run, the higher quality parts will be better, however, Planes don't have priority over books and tuition, so right now I'm going to go the economical...

I don't know much about the super chip but I think it would look better black on white with red checkers, if your asking which is better as far as the actual size, I like the smaller ones.
