Wreck your engine?? How? or what goes wrong? I ran an OS 15 up to 24,000+ rpm at break in and it seems to be OK and turns 18,600 with a blue prop?

change styles and use cutting board bodied airframes, then all you loose is the wing which you can cut yourself see them at RCCA

I cover with ripstop; wash the stuff first I sew two narrow pieces together and use then to attach the ailorons I then cut out the wing pieces, I use a paint brush to coat the foam wing and the edge...

This weekend I caused a wing to come off, the receiver and battery were on the fuselage. The wires did not pull loose in the right place if you know what I mean??

I use rip stop nylon on lanier rippers. The weight gain is small, but the strength gain is exponential. I have flown through two tapped planes so far. If this turns you on, I'll tell you how to do it.

I've been flying the Lanier Ripper with a LA 15 SSCombat loads of fun.
