I used to have the extra frame stiffeners, but I have since removed them and I am using a basic stock setup. I am also using a DF IV, not the new one. :)

check to make sure all the caps on the motors are OK. I had one motor that had a bad cap and it would do random glithing and power cuts because of this.

I would suggest getting the frame stiffner kit, this removes alot of the forces the danage the mount.
