The run in bench is GOLD! Especially if you don't have telemetry gear in your car.

Being able to know the exact temperature and adjust it quickly and easily is the key to a perfect run in.

Of course if you use the Losi upgraded finned engine mounts, you won't ever get the trans out without taking the diffs out again...unless you remove the engine.

A little secret for all of you. On almost any surface...if you use a permanent marker, you can erase it easily by drawing over thetop of it with a whiteboard (Dry Erase) marker. it will remove it...
