i would go with the hyper man. i race 777's, and k3's, and xb8's, etc. at my track sometimes. and sometimes i win and sometimes i lose. but i can tell you that the hyper pro is cheaper then the 777,...

both are good. with tthose companies i think it would actually come down to personal preference. i personally like traxxas becuase i have had a better experience with traxxas then hpi.

yes you should always do that, you will put less stress on the engine parts when you start it up, and you engine will last longer if you do that. it will also always be easier to start.

you should look at the sport maxx. they are under your price range and they are definatley sweet. they are a t-maxx just without the 2 speed, reverse, and 4wd.

i have the hyper 7 pbs and i think that you should get that. it is fast with the hyper 8 port motor. and it is tough as hell. and it is not as expensive as a jammin

you should put your engine head in a cup of blue thunder. i clean all my aluminum parts with blue thunder. it takes all the dirt and grime and crap off it in just a couple of hours.

the hyper TQ sport is basically a hyper 7 PBS in kit form. the only thing is that the aluminum is annodized differently. read the specs for the PBS they are pretty much the same. i am also thinking...

get the hpi rs4 ss. it is faster, better built, tougher, and the motor in it is reliable. and if you break it parts are MUCH easier to get.

get the tc3, it will handle better and it is more suited for racing and it will probably go a little faster
