If you have farmers fields around the spot go and talk to them. If for the simple reason if you do have a plane go in they can look for it at harvest time.

Since my post seemed to start a bit of discussion let me clarify a bit.

The AMA site insurance will only cover the site owner if the fliers at said site are AMA members. Sure a club or property...

The tight coupling of the AMA and clubs made sense at one time but not any more. Why restrict your growth when the hobby as a whole is growing because clubs can't or will not help. We all join(ed)...

When did the AMA become a club specific organization? The two do seem to be part and parcel don't they, with no possible way of separating the two. So basically the AMA/club way or the highway huh?...
