Probably the three biggest things you can do for it are:

1- practice! - improving driver skill will have more of an effect on racing performance than anything else you can do.

RE: servo

The S3305 has 99 oz/in @ 4x8V and the 2018 has 42 oz/in @ 4.8V. I've never seen HPI publish specs for their servos. If they came out of an RTR, the throttle servo is probably a standard servo with...

RE: What reciever should i get for my pede

Traxxas & Futaba receivers are compatible. Either should work well & but a Traxxas one will be a couple $ cheaper unless you find a used one somewhere. If you want to use a different brand of...

RE: Traxxas Rustler Problem

Why do you have a receiver pack in there? If you had batteries in that & turned on the ESC, you may have fried the BEC in the XL-1. Disconnect & remove the receiver pack & see if that helps.

RE: A Rusty Problem

RE: official clod thread

They're chrome plated. The plating has held up very well overall, but it does have alot of black showing on the bottom from being dragged over rocks. The places it's been scraped off hasn't led to...

RE: Is This A Diff Locker For My hummer

It lets the front wheels freewheel when braking or reversing. I think they let one front wheel freewheel when turning too, but I'm not too sure about that.

The Sport Tuned motors sold in the U.S.A. and Asia are 27x1 (27 turn, single wind) and the ones sold in Europe are 23x1.

RE: Setting up rock crawler

drevil nailed it. You didn't triangulate your links. Your upper links should meet at the center of the gearbox. This will keep the axles centered instead swaying from side to side like yours are...

RE: pinion gear

I think you just don't know what you're talking about. I don't think it's physically possible to make a 48 pitch gear smaller than 10 teeth that will fit on a 1/8" motor shaft.

RE: pinion gear

Where are you guys finding 8 & 9 tooth pinions to fit the TLT? The smallest I've seen in 48 pitch standard or metric is 12t.
