I was flying my blade CX in the back yard a few days ago. Chipped a few blades and went into the house to repair. One thing led to another and I never got back outside.

I left my two LiPo...

Photos of my T-Rex

Almost done. Canopy still rubs even with it mounted above the battery tray. Not many options for placement of the receiver. Servo wires on the new HS65B's are very short. I may try to put the...

How do I charge these?

I just got two new 3300 NiMh 7 cell 8.4v batter packs for my Superstar EP.

I have a Vision Peak Ultra.

What rate do I charge these? I was thinking 3.0 or 3.2 Amps?

RE: Han Solo School of flying please!!

If you insist on no instructor, get Real Flight, and get VERY good at it. I mean REAL good at it. Then when you go to the field and take off, you will realize that the SIM doesn't feel like the...

Mini Ultra Stick Throws

The manual recomends:

Ailerons 15mm
Elevator 18mm
Rudder 23mm

These are the low rates, but it seems like a lot of surface throw. Is this what everyone is using?

Correct me if I'm...

RE: Blade CX seemes dangerous.

This is a funny thread for sure. I know others with RC Cars who think that the transmitter actually turns off the vehicle!

RE: balance prop

On the subject of balancing. I'm still not clear what material to take off a Nylon park flyer blade to balance it. I know balancing Heli blades, you find the center balance point of each blade,...

Balancing Slow Fly Blades

I have a real nice Top-Flite balancer, but now sure how to balance the nylon blades. Remove/sand material from the tip, or maybe down the trailing edge?

If there's a good post already, I...

ParkZone J3

I'm considering one if these just for the fun of it. My question is, being it's so small, is it hard to keep orientation when flying? I'm used to .40 sized birds.

Has anyone ever tried to rig...

RE: The G3 blimp

Hey Alma, here's and idea. Type your messages and don't post them for an hour. Come back and read how stupid they sound BEFORE you post them. This will save everyone a lot of time.

If you do...

I did get an instructor after that and built another...
