A great looking plane... What engine did you install? Did you have to cut out the covering on the bottom of the fuse? What is the weight?

The Lanier Edge will be a better match for you engine selection. It will be ligher...period!

These engine are virtually identical in all external dimensions and the 80 is a mere few ounces heavier, with a $100 heavier price tag. Price aside...why would a guy (or gal) by the 60?

Rcpilet... no need to overkill the engineering in this design. The CA hinges have worked well on mine. Change if you feel compelled, but it is not necessary. Seal the hinge lines is a good idea...

So far the numbers at or near 16 pounds would appear to make the wing loading a bit on the high side for a 76 inch span plane with about 1200 squares. Maybe I need to rethink the ARF approach and go...
