I have tried switching modes, changing channels.. but nothing has fixed this, if somebody has any idea what I'm talking about pleeeease help.

The heli seems to be all setup properly in mode 1...

ok... now my problem is backwards, throttle is on the left side but so is the elevator [:@] swash has moved to the right side, I guess I have to clear everything and start from scratch

there are supposed to be litle black tabs in the heli kit, not the servo kit.. Mine had them. If they arent in your kit tell Align and they will send them to you.

all aluminum is not a great choice for any kind of racing, bashing or whatever, you need to choose your upgrades carefully, stock plastic with carbon fiber parts is the best way to go with some...

This basically is an 18t.. 100% same parts except for the electronics, If the plastic turns out to be made cheaper then just replace the weak spots with real associated parts.

you need an hs-55 to do the 3 wire swap, in other words, just get a new servo. For a cheap suggestion you could use an hs-56hb or 65s or 65mg.

you can solder the negative on any tab as long as it's not on the positive side of the motor

make sure all your wiring is neat and away from the motor, brushless will cause more interference than brushed.
