The fuse is unchanged as it is the length of the rudder, at the bottom of the rudder, that is lengthened. The height of the rudder is unchanged.

I have had a Saito 45 in my kit built with ailerons, not enough power. When the ARF Senior first came out, there were a few in the club using an OS70 four stroke- that seemed to be a perfect combo.
